I was wondering if there is a way to change a Wayspot picture from pogo.
I know you could via ingress in the past but is it still possible now?
Can you describe more the reason for changing the photo?

If you want to add a photo to a Pokestop, you do that in game from Pokemon Go. Do you need help finding this option?
If there are multiple photos on a Pokestop and you want a certain one to become the disc photo, you need to place a 
on the photo. This may take getting other people to vote as well until it has more than any other photo.
If the photo you want to replace is so bad that it should be removed from the Wayspot, you can ask help chat at Niantic Wayfarer to remove it. They may say no, or they may decide that the Wayspot itself should be removed.
As @seaprincesshnb asked, why do you want to change the photo? If it is because the point of interest has changed and you want to show what is actually there instead, Niantic may consider this “repurposing” and may call that abuse.
It was a general questionning therefore i was thinking about a theater which was renovated and i was wondering how to change the old fashioned picture for a new one !
After you click pokestop, you can click upper right corner . If there is no photo that you like, you can add photo by clicking triple dot on upper right corner
