POI is on map in Pokemon Go & Ingress, but showing as “in Niantic Voting” on my contribution page. Went into Niantic voting 7/10, but received the acceptance email on 7/9.
Please fix.
I have reported the issue via the wayfarer help and have not heard back.
How do I get this resolved and what is the process if nobody replies to help ticket.
How long ago did you file the ticket? They usually respond very quickly. If you don’t get a response there, then posting here was the right thing to do.
I think I remember an issue where duplicates were created so this is probably that same thing.
Interestingly, it’s in Lightship, but shows up like this:
Location is 37.864557, -122.247074; listed on Google Maps as Golden Bear Tennis Courts but in the Clark Kerr area of UC Berkeley.
Golden Bear is the name of the neighboring Campus Gym. Everything in this area is technically part of the Clark Kerr Campus, part of UC Berkeley.
I have submitted 2 tickets, don’t have exact dates. When I close a browser, the Wayfarer Support interaction no longer appears for me. It disappears into a void.

They will be able to find this and let you know what has happened, I am certain.
There are browser extensions that can save your ticket numbers, so you may want to look into that. If you don’t have an extension, you will need to keep the ticket # available.
It may be an issue on Niantic’s end, especially if the Wayspot is in the games. @NianticAaron @NianticAtlas can one of you take a look?
@P00kieMom We recently identified a technical glitch with our machine learning system that caused some nominations to generate duplicate nominations. I did not see a reply on the Wayfarer help chat, in any browser. I can’t imagine having to stay logged on for a chat reply when the default greeting states it may take a “few hours to receive a response”. I guess I’m missing something.
