doesen’t appear.
That waypoint is in the same cell as " Neuenbeken Dorfplatz Stromkastenkunst’, so its not eligible to appear in PoGo.

“ Neuenbeken Dorfplatz Stromkastenkunst” already exists as the PokéStop for that cell, and Pokémon GO only allows one for the certain level of cell.
Your nomination does appear in Ingress though.

The pokestops you mentioned is on the other side of the road. I already reportet this mistake.

Gladly, i have reportet that the arena “Neuenbeken Dorfplatz Stromkastenkunst” is locatet on the other side of the road.
The waypoint “Kunst am Verteilerkasten” i have submitted is at the correct position.
I would wait for your location edit to be decided upon at this point.

There isn’t street view in this location, so it would be very difficult for reviewers to tell where the correct location is purely from satellite view.
For what it’s worth, if the location edit for “Neuenbeken Dorfplatz Stromkastenkunst” is accepted and it gets moved to the other side of the road, it will either still be in the same Level 17 S2 Cell as “Kunst am Verteilerkasten” and still be blocking it from appearing, or it’ll get moved into the adjacent Level 17 S2 Cell and it will disappear because there’s already a Pokéstop or Gym in that cell by the name of “Willkommen In Neuenbeken”.

@LastShinobi Thank you for submitting the nomination! While some nominations may be deemed eligible by the community of reviewers on Niantic Wayfarer for inclusion into Niantic’s location database, they may not necessarily be added to every Niantic game.
After a nomination is approved by reviewers, there is an additional automated review that determines whether the nomination is an appropriate fit for each particular Niantic game. Each game has their own set of criteria for this step, so some nominations may be accepted into one game but not another.
The most common reason that an eligible nomination is not added to Pokémon GO is because the nomination is too close to existing PokéStops or Gyms. If an existing game location is removed or the criteria change, the nomination may appear within Pokémon GO at a later time. Please keep in mind that while this is a common reason, it is not the only one.
