Declined for abuse?

Can somebody please tell me what to do against this? I am out of appeals, as someone goes out their way to deny my nominations for absurd reasons such as these.
translations:
Playground with gazebo; A specially designed playground with a gazebo

Spârleni Wine Shop; it’s a specialty store, it encourages culture and socialization

Wine shops are already a category you can choose when you submit it, and there’s literally no adult-driven businesses around it.

The wording on that abuse rejection is bad. It is usually something like using a third party photo or misplacing the pin. Did you do anything like that?

wine shop is left of the cinema, and the pin on the playground is literally where the photo was taken

The wayspot location needs to be the location of the wayspot, not the location where the photo was taken.

Is this a crowded area that already has portals nearby?

The wine store was rejected for being an adult-only location. The list of categories is meaningless for Pokemon Go, is only there for data collection purposes and often causes problems when people think it is listed eligible categories - it isn’t

Good to know about the wine shop. As for the playground, the area is not crowded, it’s located between flats and with there are plenty of sidewalks

Also, I don’t consider the point too far from the objective. if you look at it, it would be on that grass area, literally 2 steps from the playground

Apologies, I wasn’t clear. Is this an area that already has wayspots nearby to the playground?

It’s definitely more than that and is intentional as well. The pin placement is near the building and not where the playground is.

It appears that the location you submitted the playground at is to the south of the playground in an empty cell, while the playground itself is in a cell that already contains “Loc de joaca”.

only this one, which is a different playground, as it has a different ground tile model. these playgrounds are like a whole cell apart

Different playgrounds are eligible separately. Mislocating a wayspot submission to push it into an empty cell, because the real location is in a cell that is already occupied, is abuse.

People abusing the knowledge about cells to deliberately submit wayspots in the wrong location is (presumably) one of the reasons Niantic (will not and) have not confirmed the usage of the cell system.

Ok so how is my location away from the playground?

Niantic said it was and they can see the actual submission location. If you want a community opinion, please post a screenshot of the location from the initial receipt email - you will find it below the photos.

The screenshot of the wayspot map in your wayfarer account is not detailed enough to know which location you used.

If the red circle is the playground and your pin is on the building it’s intentionally misplaced away from the object to avoid an occupied cell

Taking a look at the map I do see 2 separate play area’s.

“Loc de joaca” is already a wayspot.

The separate swing set is near the end of the building. Does look to be mis-places but from 1 empty cell to another.

Suggest a re-look from @NianticAaron ???

There is a swingset “Little Playground” at 45.094216, 24.374966 (mislocated, but might be by accident as the actual location 45.094245, 24.374901 is an empty cell, so no harm at present).

There is a large playground “Loc de joaca”, reasonably well-located at “45.093886, 24.374779”, in the cell to the south of “Little Playground”

There is a third playground, “Loc de joaca cu foisor”, actually at 45.093513, 24.374914 (approximately), in the same cell as “Loc de joaca”. This was submitted to the south of its real location in an empty cell. This is where that third playground is compared to the second one:

does this pin look like it’s placed on the flats? To me it looks like it’s placed ABOVE the sidewalk of the block, ABOVE the driving area for cars, which is supposed to be the line on the map.

Please post a screenshot of the location from the initial receipt email - you will find it below the photos.

so if I get the specific coordonate that’s the closest to the playground and out of that cell, will it still be abuse? a pin 5 steps away from that last tree that’s covering the park should be called abuse? absurd…
as you can see, even if the pin was above the line that depicts the road, it would still be in the playground in the open cell…

This is an example of location abuse caused by knowing the cell boundaries. If the real location is 0.1m from the edge of the cell and a location is chosen that is 0.2m away and in a neighbouring empty cell, that is abuse.

Anything other than a location that is part of the playground is incorrect. Deliberately pushing the location over a cell boundary solely to get it over that cell boundary is deliberate abuse.

Wayfarer doesn’t care about pokestops and gyms. It cares about wayspots, and about them being accurately described and being at an accurate location.

Alright, I’ll resubmit, with the pin inside the playground and out of that cell, since the playground is in both cells. what does it matter if i know about cells when the location is accurate?
