Its been almost a month since the mention of Pokemon go being able to participate in wayfarer from lower levels, but nothing has happened since then, no news shared, nothing
This is a change within the PGO game. If it is planned, it would be on that team to determine and roll out.

they still donāt have the kinks worked out on lowering the level for ingress agents. in ingress, once you get to level 16, you canāt go to a higher level, but you can ārecurseā and go back to level 1. recursed agents should be able to nominate since they have reached the requirement, but currently they canāt if they are not back to level 8 after recursing.

That sounds like a bug that hasnt been ironed out yet. sure it will get fixed at some point.
When that point isā¦ now thats a diffrent conversationā¦ ironing board? whats that and iron isnt enough by itās self? but i digress.
