Yes, we should have mentioned that India has a good number of 3rd party database imported Wayspots, most without photos. Niantic made a decision to import these to give users in India a better playing experience. Staff did post about these imports back in October 2023, and that post can be found here:

So, it’s possible that yo may see other similar businesses with these imported Wayspots, but you shouldn’t base whether or not your nominations meet criteria just based off of them. You still have to explain how your nomination is a great place to be social, exercise, and/or explore, and right now this nomination to me doesn’t meet any of those 3.
