One I’ve thought of as it has to be explained a fair bit.
Categories - A way of stating what the Wayspot you’re submitting or reviewing is (such as a trailmarker or a mosque). Categories here do not mean these items are eligible, and you may not be able to choose categories for your Wayspot nomination within your game.
Got a few things I think are worth adding:
Imports: Locations added to lightship and/or specific games in bulk. These are added on a case by case basis directly by niantic from sources other than wayfarer (such as foursquare, courts of the world, etc.) Imported locations use a placeholder image until an explorer submits a photo. These locations may not meet the usual criteria for getting waypoints accepted.
Power spot: A specific type of ingame location exclusive to pokemon go, these are sourced from a combination of imports and waypoints that do not meet the game’s inclusion rules.
I’d also suggest adding mention of power spots under “Game reference.”
