You cannot appeal rejected nominations in the forums, as that is what the appeal option is for. You get 2 appeals every 15 days, so if you do not see the appeal button, it’s because you’ve used both of them and have to wait 15 days for the 1st one to be given back.
I don’t see how a business that takes care of yachts to be a great place to be social/exercise/explore, which all nominations must meet at least one of. It’s a pretty generic business, as it helps yacht owners maintain their yachts, and this would be similar to a car repair shop. There most likely are other companies that provide the same services in this area, making it more indistinct than you first thought.
