hmmm @NianticAaron any news or updates on this issue yet? appreciate any information or help or advice on escalation.
there can be no property owner for “something” (stumbling stones) that is under the city administration (which is provable).

Hi, just for context on how this has worked previously, I don’t know the details of this case or location but I wouldn’t expect the Wayfarer team to be able to update on anything here unless there is a new request by the owners or senior managers of the land in question (proving their identity and position), as the team can’t and won’t go against a previously made formal request just because players want things in games. City land doesn’t have owners per se, but it certainly has people operating the management of that land.

If that’s the kind of request that was made, your only option is finding out what entity manages this area, and seeing if they would be amenable to making another formal request to Niantic. Be aware that if they made this request at the time because there were player-related disruptions, they may not necessarily have the most positive view of mobile AR games.

This has not been clearly explained, only being said “on request in the past”

further, is the “past” still applicable in the present/future? We dont know the content at all. Any review would be appreciated…
Next, i can not image that there is an “owner” for a public pathway (the stumpling stones are located there). As I have already explained, that should be under the responsibility of the city and it makes no sense at all why only 1 is not useable.
