Yes. You tap at the top on the title and will see a new screen with three dots in the upper right hand corner. Then tap there to get the options to “Contribute to this Pokestop.” Then at the bottom is “Report Pokestop Issue” where you can choose “Duplicate Pokestop”.
The 2 have different titles and photos.
So you would need a current geotagged photo to demonstrate they are the same point.

oh ty! then maybe the op should use one of the two report forms at the top here on the forum if they actually are duplicates. It doesn’t look like it from your photos.
Hello, I don’t have a geotagged photo but this is a photo of the stop, there is only the one trail marker here.
I take it it is not just on the other side?
Other wise a panorama maybe to show the other one isn’t there?
Oh! Is it the same post taken from opposite sides? You could take geo tagged photos from both sides.
