Greeting to the forum and what a mural it is!

Is this mural on a Single-family private residential properties (SFPRP)? If that so, the mural is not eligible even on the outside because it is on the wall of the Private residential house.

Pedestrian pathway is clearly visible in the 2nd picture, so the argument of “this is not accessible” is not valid

Have I found the correct location?

This does appear to be on the side of a single family home to me, and the clarification posted previously would apply in such matters. But waiting for someone more familiar with housing in England to reply about that.

Having a pathway beside something on SFPRP does not make it eligible.

Unfortunately, even if this mural is clearly visible AND easily accessible, it is still in the private property because it is attacted to a wall of the private residential house.

Understood, thx for the replies. Insane as this rule is, I can’t do nothing about it.

It’s frustrating, yes. I did have a quick look at some of the other wayspots and they appear to be on the side of houses with multiple flats inside (you can tell by the doorbells), or businesses. The mural is clearly meant to be looked at, and there’s no issue with access but unfortunately even as it is, it’s not eligible.

It’s very unfortunately yeah.

I found a very cool countryside art, however it is in the border of a private property house, so I can’t sumbit this wonder :people_hugging:

The SFPRP is there to protect Nitanic from being sued by property owner. As harsh as it is, it is for the better.

Considering the amount of tourists these murals get daily.. Oh well. That’s wayfarer for u. Zero common sense.

Unfortunately is due to legal rulings, and is applied globally.

I have a fantastic mural that I visit covers the whole wall, excellent artwork but like this one that wall is the end of a terrace so its a frustrating no.

Unfair to call this to reviewers who were following criteria.

Rules against SFPRPs make 100% sense. I empathise with you but you shouldn’t be too harsh in your judgements, as you have seen here.
