Email with a warning - and a apology

Can I remind people to remain respectful towards each other.
It is perfectly possible to disagree and have different views.

If you realise that it you are in disagreement there is no need to continue repeating the same points.

Where is the actual location because it looks like it is someone’s back garden? (Not saying this is the case, just the photo looks that way).

I wouldn’t have passed the trampoline to begin with if I got this as they are generally temporary. I had a similar one in our back garden at home.

Guessing that may have been part of the reason. Location could also have been the issue.

And now I read all the way down.

So prp was the cause.

The thing with the emails though really needs an overhaul, like people submitted probably legit wayspots years back and for whatever reason they are now not eligible. Instead of the stick approach and sending out warning ā€œeducationalā€ emails.

How about a simple, your submission is being removed as it is no longer eligible due to changes in criteria, here are the changes outlined, we thank you for previous submission and look forward to your submissions in the future.

People can only submit based on what is the current criteria so it’s a bit rich to come back years after the fact and say "hey, this is now abuse here’s your warning ā€œeducationalā€ email. Because somebody else legitimately reported it then as not fitting criteria.

It would put me off reporting stops altogether if a report is going to lead to someone getting these emails for doing nothing wrong.

Thanks - the strange communication is exactly the problem
There is no sign of the playground being private (checked again the other day) - but someone must have reported it as private.
That’s fine - but the communication could have been so much better and clearer.
The first mail was formed as a reply of something I never asked - at first I thought it was spam - but then all my queued submissions went into ā€˜Niantic voting’, so I realised it wasn’t spam.
Then I had to ask several times to get to know why it suddently was ā€˜not eligible’.
And then again had to ask why all my queued submissions was rejected.
There is really room for improvement!
