Thanks - the strange communication is exactly the problem 
There is no sign of the playground being private (checked again the other day) - but someone must have reported it as private.
Thatâs fine - but the communication could have been so much better and clearer.
The first mail was formed as a reply of something I never asked - at first I thought it was spam - but then all my queued submissions went into âNiantic votingâ, so I realised it wasnât spam.
Then I had to ask several times to get to know why it suddently was ânot eligibleâ.
And then again had to ask why all my queued submissions was rejected.
There is really room for improvement!
