I’ve got my hometown and bonus location in england and scotland and I’m pretty sure that both of the countries have enough reviewers so what other english speaking place is lacking in reviewers.
Hopefully I’ll get something different than trail markers 
Ireland speaks English… as does Australia, New Zealand and the USA. I think the Falkland Islands speak English of some sort, being a British Overseas teritory. But in terms of locations that don’t have enough reviewers or few Trail Markers, Can’t help you there… Sorry.

Im sick of reviewing trail markers, don’t get me wrong they’re easy to accept/decline but it’s just very boring. Im thinking of smaller english speaking places because those are quite big countries that more than likely has loads of reviewers

Unfortunately, review areas are not based on the main language speaking in said country. For example, the US has no official language, even though English is most common. I do get submissions in different languages, with Spanish being the 2nd most common used for US nominations.
The review area is based on your location only. I forget how large of a radius the area is, but your upgrade review area is larger than your home/bonus reviw area.
It’s a interesting idea to do reviews based off of the language you set, but I think Niantic wants to keep reviewers as local as possible, especially since not everyone knows about upgrades.
Yes and no. I don’t have to put much effort into reviewing them but it’s getting to the point where im reviewing less because it’s just the same thing over and over again
How about some of the Caribbean countries?

Which one though because i could probably review two different countries that speak english because of the range of reviewes you get from the bonus location
That would be a tough one. First thought would be Jamaica. I would avoid Martinique as they prodominately speak French. Sint Maartin is a possibility. I don’t know how many nominations these countries have pending, but they are the ones can think of.
My thoughts if i am going to pick some carribean country it would be something like the bahamas (loads of islands) or st kits & nevis or antigua and barbuda

That would be a good choice. Just be careful of triangular nominations.
