As a US reviewer, I’d still get nominations in other languages, as those in Puerto Rico mainly speak Spanish, and we also have many Spanish speakers in different parts of the country. Canada has 2 official languages, English and French, so also not that helpful for that country.
Niantic doesn’t require that the language most used in a certain area be used for nominating/editing Wayspots. For example, even if you live in southern France on the border with Spain, you may still see nominations/edits in French, Spanish, and maybe English, because it’s an area that gets many visitors/tourists.
