Just really complaining lol, i know the pictures not the best ,but it was the least destroyed side lol. Id also guess the word house set it down
Looks like ruin. But unless its under govt care, people will question its permanence
Was this angle no good? Or is it currently overgrown.
I think since it is over 450 years old we can say it is permanent.
Pity it’s not listed.
I think I would use the term ruins or perhaps folly as the description here makes it clear it was kept as a point of interest in the grounds without a real purpose. But you can’t get away from the word house.
But certainly a better photo too should help.
The graffiti is a real eyesore on it.
Assuming you can touch the structure in real life, how about ‘retouching reality’ by daubing the graffiti with a little mud? I heard there is even a way to accelerate the growth of moss that would probable work wonders in blighty old England.
Do you think these could be used to get a better Wayfarer photo?
Yoghurt works wonders at going green
But I think at the moment as it is straight on to graffiti it becomes a focus point.
It’s a challenge but getting a good photo is crucial I think
I would imagine that even 20-percent coverage could make that graffiti disappear from the photo.
And yeah, yoghurt or kefir can provide a basis for your local moss and lichen.
Looks like a good submission, but you might need to take it to appeal. Or alternatively, take a load of photos and keep resubmitting it. The castellations on the top of the tower might be a good thing to focus on.
Oh this looks so cool!
Sometimes I wish we had an option to send stuff to reviewers after ML kicks it out, like a reviewer appeal button
Unless it’s Green Yoghurt to start with…
The side i took was the only.side that wasnt covered in trees lol
And yeah, wish kt was listed, but i did link to a website that says its still a ruin of interest might even be going through the system for listed? Not sure rbh
Wow this is interesting. I dont know the ruis is that old.
But do u think throwing yogurt is considered vandalism? Or not haha
