I’ve nominated a mural 4 times and appealed it. Still saying not in right location. Which it is in the right location it’s been there years

Are you willing to share your entire nomination, including the location? It’s possible that the location pin is not correct, which could be leading to the rejection.
Could you also share your supporting info/photo? I’m not finding this on Street View at the pin.

Its location is on the photo it’s on a wall of the flower shop near the small road. It’s like a side road where deliveries are then there’s a main road beside it
You could call it a very small car park Ur lucky if U fit a few cars. If there’s a delivery then no cars can park really

It’s not on Street View, but after finding the flower shop, it seems it’s at 51.742727000535204, -3.377331455095514. This may be the issue, and your supporting photo may not show the area the best.
Too close close ups are difficult to place irl. Does your supporting photo show where this is located?

The pin appears to be correct, however, I do have questions about the supporting photo, since this isn’t on Street View. A link to the artist’s website in the supporting info would have also been helpful in placing the mural, and links are allowed in the supporting info.

Yes, but it’s up to the submitter to prove it’s there if it isn’t on Street View with the supporting photo/info, which you haven’t shared yet. If you just took a photo of the surrounding area but the mural isn’t in the supporting photo, that’s going to make it hard to find. Supporting photos should include the surrounding area AND the POI, not just the surrounding area.

The surrounding area is the road which is what I did
If it’s the view from across the street, that isn’t going to be good enough. Again, it has to be the surrounding area AND the POI in the supporting photo, like the example I provided. You haven’t provided the supporting photo, so we can’t say if it was a good one or could be improved upon.
Really, the photo that the artist has on their website makes it easier to place the mural, as it does show the flower shop facade, which can be placed on Street View.
But how do I get that on street view?

You can’t. Google usually updates Street View. What you need to do is take a better supporting photo that shows the POI with the surrounding area, not just the surrounding area as noted when nominating.
Besides, we know the surrounding area now, since I was able to find the location on Google Maps/Street View, but reviewers and the appeals team may not been able to with your supporting photo.
