New gym replacement

According to Niantic rules, a POI is converted into a gym based on its popularity (photos, likes, etc.). In my area, an L14 cell has reached 6 POIs, and a Wayspot with no likes or photos (and a fairly isolated one) has been converted into a gym, replacing a more popular, more accessible one with many photos and likes voted on by trainers. I want to appeal to have this latter one become the new gym in the cell, rightly voted unanimously by the trainers. Current gym Waystop (to be cancelled): Fr…
