Gym no longer a playground

Hi all,

Sorry for the bother but I had a question about a Pokemon Gym in my area. The gym used to be a playground years ago, but the playground has been removed, and is currently used as an event pavilion (Open space to host outdoor events). I uploaded a photo and it was approved, but when I submitted a Title Edit, it was rejected and marked as abuse. How is the correct way of going about this? Should I mark the gym as removal then submit the event pavilion, or is it okay to repurpose a gym?

Another question, there is also a different pokemon stop of some swing sets no longer there. In this S17 Cell, there are 20 pokemon stops, which triggered 3 gyms. If I remove 1 of the stops, will it remove one of the gyms?

This is a substantial change, so the correct procedure is
Report the original play area as no longer existing
Nominate the event centre

What happens on the Pokémon Go side is outside the scope of the forum
But this is my understanding-
Once the original goes if there are enough pokestops in the level 14 cell one stop will change into a new gym.
That gym will remain. If the event centre is approved it will be a stop.

For your second question
Remove the wayspot that is no longer there,

And again my understanding is
the 3 gyms will remain. if a new wayspot is added it will stay at 3 gyms.
