I think it looks like a good project.
I dont think it’s the sort of thing that will ever sail through, as it sits in a grey area. Some will say they have the appearance of like temporary graffiti. However from what you have shown they are painted to last and have permission to be there.
If I visited you @TrungLatias i would be very happy for you take time to point these out to me and explain what’s behind them. Sounds like exploration to me.

The point of painting over those utility pole is to decorative the city.
You might want to ask:
Why only flower?Why is this not something else more meaningful like a quote, or a better art wise
Flower are the easiest kind to draw, because most of the volunteers are likely amateur. I participated in a decorated city before(not the one I nominated) those painting took age to do somehow. They have one “main” cause and one “assuming” cause:
- They want to make the town less boring.
- They want to…protect the environment? I am not convincing by that point yet at all.

- A lot of people like those flower pole, but there should be something more meaningful: “The idea of changing the space at the electric poles is quite necessary. However, the drawing is still sketchy and monotonous. If only there were a cooperation between professional artists and youth union members of District 11, these electric poles would be more beautiful, bringing a sense of excitement to the public.”

Which I agree, however, consider this path of flower pole trait come from volunteer work from teenager, I don’t think asking too much is the way.

So… about four hours after I made this post, someone from Niantic (presumably Aaron) reviewed all of my “in queue” and “in voting” submissions — the flower utility pole trail, a temple, a town hall, and the Fatherland Front Committee Hall that hosts multiple social events — and approved them all!
Thank you so much! And I reached 100 Approved Wayspots now!
