This is a poorly written rejection reason. It just means that some type of abuse was flagged, not that you said something bad. Usually this will be for something like using a third party photo that you did not take yourself or for misplacing the pin. Did you do something like that?
Fotoğrafı ben çektim, konumu sehven yanlış koymuş olabilirim tespitini şuan için yapamadım. Belki gps’de oluşan anlık bir sorun ile maksimum 10-20 metre kaymış olabilir ama haricinde yorumum ve fotoğrafta bir problem yok.
You can find the gps coordinates where the pin was set in the submission email if you still have it. It will be after the photos.

As @cyndiepooh stated above the rejection has nothing to do with “Abusive Words” but Abuse of the Gaming Process.

It is sounding more like the sort of place in the UK where people who are struggling can go and get free food (food bank) etc. If this is the case then it could be classed as a “Sensitive Location”.
The map is the one here, on the Wayfarer webpages. It requires “Plug Ins / Add-Ons” to show the “Cells” plus many other useful features.
Niantic have never confirmed Cells, they are what players have worked out.
They do not allow us to add links to the “Unofficial Add-Ons”. Doing a search for “Wayfarer Tools” should point you in the right direction.

I recently nominated a Community Centre. It has a Cafe, It holds Bingo Night, Meetings where groups of people discuss problems with Autism, Mens Mental Health, IT Skills. Locals that might otherwise but stuck at home alone can go to Craft Groups etc.
This is definitely classed as “Social”.
If this place is somewhere that migrants go to sign papers, get help finding where to go for certain things etc then it will be more of a struggle.
Socialise: Are there groups for different interests?
Maybe it’s a cultural difference and that is why I am not understanding what this is. I will keep trying…
If I’m understanding correctly it’s a cultural association for the Balkan community where people go to socialize, organize events, and support each other. That’s what cultural associations usually do
I am sorry that I have not understand exactly what they are. I have not had any reason to interact with such places.
