I opened a ticket and also received a response. I was asked to send a geotagged photo regarding a location change to verify the location, but unfortunately I am unable to reply directly to the message. I only have the option to open a new ticket, which I don’t really understand.
Could someone please assist me with this?

I don’t have this issue, but some people lose their help chat history. You could use one of the reporting forms instead to create an email chain you won’t lose. It says “Wayspot Removals” at the top here, but can be used for modifications as well:
I find that the options I can choose rarely match what I want to do. Just pick something, then tell them what needs doing where you get to write text. You can submit the photos this way.
If you select that you are not the property owner, the acknowledgement email may ask for your credentials anyway. Do not reply to this email. Reply once a team member with a name replies.
If you have the ticket number saved, you can reference it. If you don’t, you can write in the text box that you were attempting to resolve this through help chat but could not respond there.
