Can somebody please inbox me to follow-up so I don’t have to expose myself to backlash from abusive submitter/s, as it’s been 2 weeks since reporting multiple abusive submissions and the chat history reset with no update or action

It happens very often that the chatbox are closed so I never see the answear. Would it be possible to somehow ”connect” chatbox to email, for us to read reply on email if chatbox closed?
Ofc I see the result sooner or later on the map, but it would be good to actually be able to read the reply, since sometimes it could hold valuable info.
