Hello, I would like to know why my request for a PokéStop in the public playground in my town is rejected, yet when you walk around other places, they are full of PokéStops in playgrounds.
What kind of ownership is this land? Does this land belong to a single family residence? It is hard to tell from these photos.

Without knowing and seeing more, that looks like a swing set and a temporary playground in someone’s back yard.
I would need to know and see more to be able to help.
I’ve just spotted the signs about dogs, so this almost certainly isn’t someone’s back yard, but the photos are not convincing.
If you want to share the details, especially including the coordinates from the submission receipt email, which are below the photos, forum members can provide better advice.

I was trying to read those signs on the fence but couldn’t make them out.
I’m on a desktop, so the picture is easier to see 
I can’t make out the words, but 100% it’s a picture of a dog, so either saying “dogs keep out” or “dogs must be on a lead”.
