Says its temporary/ seasonal but from what i see, its there all year.

No, it says it’s “Temporary/Seasonal or Not Distinct”. That last bit is the important bit.

Flagpoles are generally not a great place to socialise, exercise or explore, and are very generic. So they don’t really meet criteria by themselves.

It says temporary/seasonal or not distinct. In this case, the flagpole is not distinct, as it just appears to be a flagpole and nothing else.

Flagpoles can be eligible if there is something else with them that is eligible, such as a war memorial or a dedication plaque. A flagpole by itself is no distinct and does not meet eligibility criteria by itself.
