Hello so my wife and I have worked really hard and done a lot in this neighborhood for some wayspots we have managed to get 7 approved and 5 to come into pokestops but i still don’t have a gym even though the proximity is quite close I’d Ike to see a map maybe I have a few more spots in the area that could potentially become way spots and just want to confirm as id really like a gym in the area as it’s just a nearby walk

That point is almost at the crossing of 4 - L14 cells. Lots of potential but could be difficult depending on what’s there. I’m assuming that the wayspots are new (since May 23) since not much appears on IITC.

Correct. Since we don’t have an updated map, you’d have to provide the coordinates of the new wayspots or try to draw them on the map that I provided.

I copied those coordinates and tried to isolate the bigger L14 cell these coordinates are in for this screenshot.
If there are only two Pokestops in this bigger cell, one should be a gym. Are you sure this isn’t a third Pokestop/gym in that larger area?
I am terrible at trying to find a gym on Campfire, but you could try checking to see if there is one out of range.
I’ve had that problem where I didn’t notice a stop in the far corner of a cell and it became the gym. Let me see what I can find.
I have, too! That’s why I thought that might be the issue. Easy to miss.
Yes they’re is the gym baggage handling sign so I would have to get one more wayspot approved correct in that area ?
It’s Baggage Handling Sign. If you added 2, you would need 1 more for another gym. Remember that is could be one of the other 2 as well. Green dot is gym, blue are stops.
Gyms are created at 2, 6, and 20 pokestops and gyms combined in an L14. Sponsored gyms count towards this total. I wish we had an up-to-date map of wayspots to verify what exists where for you with recent additions.

oh we are looking in two different L14’s. did i pick up the coordinates wrong? i will leave this to you.

Yes I’m looking at multiple cells now so I need one more on the bottom right which I can find quite easily as it’s on a trail and one on the top left which I already have in que can
