Unique little piece of architecture that sits in front of a completely empty lot. There’s no buildings between this arch and water. Nice little piece of explore that you wouldn’t expect while taking a walk. Which is how I found it.
The address that you posted for the point of interest is someone’s house. I don’t know if it’s your house, but you might want to check to make sure that it’s correct.

I get an error when I try to open that link. Could be my issue.
i do see this arch nearby
But I agree this looks like private residential property that is currently for sale.
The unsafe could have come from the No Trespassing sign a little ways down
Or the lack of sidewalk. Or the crumbling appearance in general.

The for sale sign isn’t currently there.
I did think about it potentially being Private Residental Property in future
but could always report it then.
At the moment there is no residental home on property
If you can find proof that this isn’t Single Family Private residential property or farm AND if you can convince that walking on that shoulder is safe, AND if you can convince that that brickwork is not crumbling away, then you could try again, not that I would.
You would definitely need to beef up the description.
Even if it isn’t currently occupied, it is zoned private single-family residential property. I did find that it is currently listed for sale, even if the sign is gone, on a number of websites. It was listed back in January, then removed, then relisted in June. As such, it won’t qualify because it is SFRP… Seems the owners are just having a hard time selling the land for development.
