I think in your example, you need to give the reviewers more information about why the restaurant you are submitting is soecial in some way - ie a great place to socialise and/or explore. Then they can accept it rather than reject as generic business.
The reviewer is basically telling you that they don’t think the restaurant sounds interesting, so amend your submission to show that it is interesting and it might be accepted.
Same reason really… they arent seeing it as anything special. Just being a bakery isn’t enough for some reviewers, so talk about if they have a speciality bread available, or they use local flour from xxxx farm ie supporting local businesses, or that they have a cafe place inside the bakery where people meet to socialise. These kinds of things can help it be accepted

A vet clinic isnt a place to socialise, exercise or explore so unlikely to be accepted.
An exception would be if they have some other service there that maybe does meet those critiera, for example maybe they have a place for dog owners to meet and walk together?
But in general these would always be rejected.
It could be accepted maybe? It isnt the most exciting piece of artwork, but it doesnt look like vandalism either, albeit I cannot read the text which might change things.
I think try to take a better picture - brighter, more centred, possibly try focussing just on the cherries, or the whole thing if the text is really important. You can experiment with this one. It looks like it could be accepted with a good submission but may take a few tries.
This one I dont understand either. Parks are generally accpeted.
Do you know why this park is named after a Doctor? I would try this one again, as parks should be acceptable. Try to put some background into the description about who the person is and why the park was named for themm

Definitely try the park again. If you think the submission can be improved quite a lot then resubmit it.
Then once you are happy with the submission, you can appeal if it is rejected. Some things take several tries. I had to submit a park entrance 3 times once. It is accepted now.

I understand. I’ve gone through phases of being put off submitting due to having things rejected. Then I go back to it.
One item I had to submit 10 times before it was accepted. That made me quite cross.
