This rejection reason looks like the reason that shows for “Generic business” when the community uses it, or just “generic” when it goes to internal review. Did your email say “community” or “our team”?
This photo could be much improved. What are the smears? The “footbridge” looks like it could be some random sticks on the ground. Can you take the main photo from an angle that shows what the bridge is crossing to show that this is a vital piece of the trail? I think that shows better in your supporting photo. A side view might better show off this footbridge.
