How can I track my ticket status if previous help chat is no longer accessible?

Not a English native speaker, so sorry if any misunderstanding is caused.

Recently I have a wayspot (a portal in Ingress
) nominated and it appeared in game, while its location is far off from where it should be.
I have provided the proof about the actual location of the wayspot in help chat, and I got a ticket number #39381827.
Sadly my browser crashed after that, and all my previous messages were gone. I’d like to know that if there is any other way to track current status of the ticket, like via email?

Actually this happened twice, and first time I didn’t record my ticket number, so I started another chat in help chat and this happened. Luckily I wrote down the ticket number this time.

You can use any language you are comfortable with as a translator button is available here.

Sadly, there is no native method to track the tickets outside browser data. Help chat tickets also do not send emails for each ticket, something that needs to be an option IMO.

Sad to know that, so even though I got the ticket number it is not possible to find the corresponding info about this ticket? I don’t really know the meaning of the ticket number if it is not trackable outside the help chat.
