I strongly suspect that the automated system flagged specific keywords like “children” or “immunization,” mistakenly misinterpreting the civic facility as a restricted K-12 school or daycare area. To test this hypothesis, I resubmitted the exact same location but completely reframed the language, removing any child-centric vocabulary and describing it strictly as a local public health facility and neighborhood wellness assembly point. The adjustment worked perfectly, allowing the nomination to safely bypass the automated filter and successfully advance into the community review phase.
Based on this experience, I highly recommend that fellow Wayfinders focus their descriptions entirely on broader civic utility and general public wellness when nominating local health hubs, avoiding words that might accidentally trigger the system bot. I would love to hear if anyone else in the global network has encountered similar instant automated rejections due to well-intentioned keywords.
Well we dont know how AI work so we can only guess. But rule of thumb is, if you really believe your nomination fit wayfarer criteria, you can either resubmit with better detail or appeal.
If you are unsure, you can ask people 1st to see their point of view so you know what appeal team might see before you resubmit or appeal

My second submission got accepted this time, and I assume it’s because I completely removed the words “child,” “mother,” and other similar terms. It really shows that the automated filter can be overly sensitive to certain keywords, even when the nomination perfectly fits the criteria.

It is a bit ironic, but in smaller local areas, we don’t have separate, dedicated buildings for every single purpose. This structure is the ultimate community hub where people rest, chat, and exercise.
On a fun note, this place is literally my childhood playground! I’ve been playing here with my neighborhood friends since we were little kids. Fast forward to today, now that we’ve grown up, it has officially evolved into our ultimate community basecamp where we still gather to grind and play Pokémon GO together!
