How is Ingress "Recon" counted?

Currently in Wayfarer, I have around 1400 total reviews, and around 750 of them agreed.
Checking in Ingress, I have already a result of around 900 for “Recon”.

I did not uninstall Ingress since I started Wayfarer, so any Idea why the counts are that different ?

on the medal are counted all of them :
Nominations Accepted
Nominations Rejected
and
Nominations Duplicated. .
not just the ones accepted

I know, thats the approx 750 in sum I have currently.

There was an event in Ingress at one point where agreements counted double for the medal. If you earned agreements during that event, that might be why there’s the discrepancy.
