I nominated around 6-7 waystops 5days ago few of them are in queue and most are in voting for more than 4 days . How long it takes for the waystop to be voted and appear on the map?
Personally in my experience. It could take weeks or months depending how much local reviewer in your area. If u want faster approval, get your local player
review or get upgrade urself

There is no “usual” as it varies from area to area by how many explorers are submitting and reviewing. If your nominations are not being decided quickly enough for your liking, you can review yourself to earn an upgrade to send your nomination to a wider audience.
I have seen reports ranging from almost immediately to 4 months lately, and would expect somewhere in-between without an upgrade.
