I take it that you are referring to a Wayspot nomination or edit. Unfortunately, there’s no exact timeframe for when a decision is made on a nomination/edit. It can take 24-48 hours for ML, the AI system to decide, but longer with the review community. It’s not unusual for it to take days, weeks, months, even years, for a decision to be made.
One thing that you can do to help is actually review yourself. This helps keep your local review queue down, and hopefully put your nomination/edit in front of other local reviewers. You can also gain upgrades, which can be applied to your submissions, and open them up to a larger review area, which may help them get to a decision sooner.

Hello, if you are refering to a wayspot nomination unfortunately they can take some time up to several months depending on your area. If your queue seems to be moving slowly there may not be that many people reviewing wayspots in your area. You can help this queue move along by reviewing your self. Id recommend taking a look at Criteria Clarification Collection before you start reviewing as it has helped me a lot. Personally I understand the frustration of submissions being slow. I still have several from 8/31/24 that I am waiting to go through 
but I wish you the best of luck and hope your request goes through soon!(even if it isnt a wayspot nomination!)
