I requested the removed of the Pole Green produce chicken statue because the statue was removed. It was removed, but the next day the chicken statue was back. How can the pokestop be readded?

Not sure exactly what to suggest.
Could you post the co-ordinates…
- If you nominated they will be in the 1st email you received.
- Otherwise, right mouse on google maps.
We can then check the map and hopefully see what has happened to the wayspot.
If it has been removed from the database completely I would suggest re-submitting.
If it is still in the database but “hidden” then I would suggest using “Help Chat” to ask for the reinstatement.

Oops, my bad: As per the evidence shared, the statue has been removed. If the same statue is added back to the location. We would require a recent clicked image of the location.

Given the answer from Niantic, it appears you will need to resubmit this wayspot. It won’t necessarily get accepted - without details, it isn’t possible to know whether it is eligible. (Just because it was a wayspot before doesn’t mean it was eligible.)
The OP was asking to reinstate this since the statue was returned to this position. Is that possible?
Yes, @cyndiepooh , I misread the request. @ryday can provide a recent clicked image confirming the statue has been reinstated at its location.
They shouldn’t resubmit- the wayspot still exists just not on the map. If OP proves it still exists Niantic will bring it back.
Niantic did say that “the wayspot […] has been removed”. if this was the case, notwithstanding the correction from Niantic, then it would be available for resubmission because it doesn’t exist as a wayspot. That’s different from a wayspot being disabled.
there are plenty of cases where Niantic have brought something back after it being removed from the map, not just disabled.
Its never good advice to resubmit something Niantic has removed. An appeal to reinstate is always the best move to avoid any sanctions.
I wouldn’t normally. In this situation, the op asked for the wayspot to be removed, not because it was abusive, failed to meet criteria, was on SFPRP etc, but because it didn’t exist.
If it got moved a few meters, it could be submitted at its new location despite the old wayspot having been removed. It having been returned, not removed, is no different.
It is still an abnormal situation that may look sus, and the only way to avoid any possible sanctions is to provide proof to reinstate directly to staff.
Why did someone remove it before? Is it not fixed to the ground? Do you have closeup foto with timestamp?
Ah, it’s not fixed in the ground. It appears to be a large chicken statue sitting on top of a concrete block in a remarkably unremarkable location.
