Waiting on pokestop reinstatements to reappear in game

This is in regards to two nearby Pokestops that are both in a townhome community. These were apparently removed at the request of the “property owner” at some point in the past but the game was not updated until recently on 7/24. As a member of the Homeowners’ Assocation for the property, I worked with the current Homeowners’ Association Board to review and have the board submit a request that these stops be reinstated. I received an update from the HOA board on Tuesday 8/19 that they had contacted Niantic and they were told the Pokestops would be reinstated. It is now 8/29 and the Pokestops are still not appearing in game. Can I please get an update on the status of these Pokestops? How long does it usually take for a reinstated Pokestop to show up in the game again? Is there anything else that needs to be done for these to be reinstated in the game?

We have identified an issue that is not letting these reinstated Wayspots reappear on the gameboard. We are aware of it and our team is working on a fix. Please be patient and it will reappear once the underlying issue gets fixed. Thanks,

Hello, is there an estimated date for a fix for this bug?

Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a date for the fix. However, our team is working on it and we have made some progress.

It has been since July 2025 and our stops have not been reinstated. Please timely address this issue we have been very patient for. Thank you
