In Ingress, we can still report invalid portals.
But with the recent work, the “interferes with safety operations” (or whatever it was), is gone.
I’m stuck between selecting “Unsafe” and “Sensitive location”.
Any guidance?
I think I would choose “unsafe” and write in that it “obstructs emergency services” if I wanted to report one in game. But I would probably use one of the reporting forms rather than report in game.

Interesting that they removed “obstructs emergency services,” but these locations may be unsafe for pedestrians to access and/or sensitive locations (like a high level trauma ER). Maybe Ingress is going to be combining it with one of the others?
But yeah, I’d also report outside of the game; it’s how I got almost all of the fire stations in my area removed.
FTR: The firehouse and nearby hydrant reported in app were removed.
