Instead of quoting the clarification, I would recommend telling why THIS plaza is a great place to socialize and explore. List the restaurants there. Tell us something about this place that makes it important to you. I might leave the first sentence of the supporting, but would individualize the rest.
Maybe something like: Niantic has clarified that that plazas can be great places to socialize and explore. This is central to our community for the collection of fast food places including (list them here)
Then if you can think of anything else to add that is true, add that.

I know it’s all on me and I appreciate y’all help with this and feel confident with this answer, do y’all agree?
Niantic has clarified that that plazas can be great places to socialize and explore. This is central to our community for the collection of fast food places including (china star, dominoes pizza, foodlion’s wing bar and more.) Large shopping centers can be destination attractions and cultural hubs. They may contain outdoor social space, shops, and businesses which on their own are not eligible, but together can become an interesting place to visit. Many of these restaurants participate in food rescues that help the community schools and churches by providing foods to the community. I believe that this nomination is a great choice.

Say what features it has that makes it meet those criteria.
This Plaza encourages socialisation and exploration. There is a range of different restaurants: china star, dominoes pizza, foodlion’s wing bar and more. The combination makes this a great space

The restaurants support the community by taking part in local food initiatives. This has turned into the place to go in this community.
No need to refer to the clarification but if you want to you can include a link.

You can add the link. Reviewers can then follow it and see the information exists. A typed in piece doesn’t demonstrate that.

Thanks again, you and others are very helpful. I have submitted a lot of things that got approved but certain situations like this I need help on and big kudos to y’all for that.
