I’ve been looking through the website for about 30 minutes and there is literally no option for me to upload anything, even going through the support page doesn’t help. It says I am able to make a contribution in the Pokémon Go app, but the website doesn’t allow it. Can anyone explain why?

Correct - you cannot submit nominations via the website, only via the app. When you go to Settings → Uploads → New PokéStop you will be guided through the process. Unfortunately, you do need to ignore most of the actual guidance since it’s incorrect.

If you click on and enter Wayfarer, you’ll get an overview of what you should and shouldn’t do. After that go ahead and restart Pokémon Go and check out the settings gear (see above for more details).

Are you logging in to the wayfarer website and pogo using the same login method?

I just experienced the same issue, very frustrating. Should say somewhere to restart the app after you read the wayfare info. I kept looking for the “tutorial” and the help section was useless.
