I have perfect place for gym that’s been accepted as pokestops there’s another pokestop beside it but any employee help me get it into a gym
Welcome to the forums 
Gyms are selected at random and there is a limit to how many you can have in an area. Generally, to get more gyms you need more wayspots or to expand your gameplay area
If you can post the location co-ordinates for the area we can explain more and give you a visual.

Perfect I have got 4 gyms added past 5 days
55.94870° N, 4.77123° W Here are cords i know it’s not pokestop but did get accepted , it’s a community hub most social there plus there’s a college beside perfect place for pokestop there is one down the street just a bit dodgy past 5 pm
Is it “Hope Community Church Hall”?
If so, unfortunately it wont become a pokestop or gym as it shares a cell with ““1894 - Salisbury Place” stone carving”.
It also looks too close to be used as a Powerspot. 
Aww man , hopefully one beside it become a gym any advice on getting one the pokestops beside it into a gym ? Hope you are well , I’m really enjoying nominating stops I have another empty cell on that street you might see it beside it it’s a brick path way it would be a cool stop but keeps getting rejected
The area currently has the correct amount of Gyms.
The map below shows the full L14 cell (the large red outline).
The smaller Green cells are L17.
The simplified system (this is not confirmed by Niantic / Scopely) is…

Only 1 wayspot will be used as a Pokestop or Gym in any Green L17 cell.

Occupied L17 cells within a L14 (large red) determine how many Gyms are created.

2 Occupied = 1 Stop + 1 Gym

6 Occupied = 4 stops + 2 Gyms

20 Occupied = 17 stops + 3 Gyms
Location such as Sponsored stops / gyms can complicate matters so I will ignore here.
You currently have 13 occupied (11 stops + 2 gyms).
You will currently need another 7 wayspots created in the unoccupied cells to create another Gym.
When a new Gym is to be created it is randomly selected from the available stops.

Usual Disclaimer: Never use knowledge of the cells to mis-place nominations. This is deemed Abuse and can lead to warnings / suspensions on Wayfarer and GAMES accounts.
Red Circle = Gym
Blue Circle = Stop
It won’t create a new Gym (yet) but have you nominated “Strength Shed”. Its in an empty cell and should be eligible.
“Exercise Gyms” can sometimes be rejected by reviewers as “Generic Business” but usually overturned on appeal as they pass the “Exercise” criteria 100% and also “Social”.
