So there is this guy who keeps on making these fake pokestops on my private property. I told him that i will start to report these fake pokestops since it is kind of cheating. But just as i started he began to report my home gym which is made on a public spot that used to be a club and is still used by the public for different parties etc. He made loads of accounts just to be able to remove it as some sort of payback on a legitament gym and i wish i could have it back since it was used daily by my siblings and neighbours.
Gyms and stops can only be removed by Niantic staff after a formal review, so it is very unlikely that the person managed to remove a completely valid gym.
Having said that, it would help if you shared the details of what the gym was, so we can see if we can figure out what happened

oh my bad i should have said it like he mass reported it my fault
like is it anything specific or just liek cordinates and pictures etc? im kind of new here so i am not the best at how this works.
In theory, mass reporting something shouldn’t get it removed unless it met removal criteria- and would likely to get the report submitter in trouble too.
Yep, any details you have, the name of the gym, the location, if you have the details of how it used to display in the game etc
i see it as a really weird thing since it has nothing to do with anyones own property, it has always just been as the cental meetup place of my town

Welcome to the forum.
Niantic will not remove a Wayspot without evidence that it should be removed, either real world evidence that it should be deleted, or proof of credentials as property owner to make a request that it be removed. A location edit can also make a Wayspot ineligible to be a game location in Pokemon Go.
Do you know if the Wayspot is still there? You can check in the nomination map screen by starting a nomination while you are at the location with the toggle on. It does not work remotely. If it is not being used in Pokemon Go, it will show as an exclamation point (!) that you can tap for more information.

The building itself is there but the gym in game is fully gone.
Are you able to submit nominations to use that map I mentioned checking? (Don’t actually resubmit it, just start a submission to get to this screen, then exit.)
This screen will show you if the Wayspot is still on the map, but no longer a gym. We used to be able to check maps to see this for you, but don’t currently have anything up to date that shows all Wayspots.
If the Wayspot is gone, you should present evidence here that it still exists and meets criteria. If the Wayspot has been moved to a corrected location, you should be able to find it on this screen. If the Wayspot is still in the same location but is no longer a gym, this could be a property owner request to remove it.
