That’s just a list of ways to identify what something is, but it sadly doesn’t correlate to eligibility. I know it can be confusing especially when you’re just starting with Wayfarer.

Single-family private residential properties (SFPRP), farms, and K-12 (schools or facilities primarily focused for persons under 18 years of age) are ineligible.
