Because the categories in Pokémon GI are not connected to Wayfarer, therefore have entries that would not be allowed as a new nomination

That’s just a list of ways to identify what something is, but it sadly doesn’t correlate to eligibility. I know it can be confusing especially when you’re just starting with Wayfarer.
