You should make each appeal separately in its own thread.

When I just tried to make a new thread concerning the Brickhouse Tavern ineligible waypoint, it gave me an error message:
You are not permitted to review the requested source
You have to select a category for the post. The dropdown is not labelled and it is NOT obvious that this is mandatory, but if you fail to do this, you get that meaningless message about requested source. I imagine this a defect in Discourse or in how Niantic are using Discourse.
