You’d have to get the link to the Portal and report/edit it.
Ingress no longer ingests/updates from Wayfarer so you’d have to do things from Ingress to then be reviewed by the Ingress team (if reporting) or by the Ingress community (once Recon is up for reviews, if doing an edit).
