I’m an Ingress Prime player. I need to report a portal because it’s inaccessible because it’s in a militarized zone and can’t be accessed by ordinary people. The biggest difficulty is that I can’t report it from the game because it’s so far away, and I’m not allowed to do so during gameplay. The portal in question is only used by a small number of players because it’s militarized. I don’t know if this is abuse, but all players are definitely prevented from playing it.
My question is: is there a way to report the portal in question outside of the game, or should all players on the other faction be subjected to this abuse?

Portal in gated community is eligible. Portal doesnt have to be accesible to everyone. As long it doesnt interfere with military and safety, its eligible. Its not abuse to have wayspot in gated community
Some players of the game can access it, so it’s fine. I don’t think it will be removed as it’s clear that it can be accessed, just unfortunately not by yourself.
It isn’t an exclusive portal for the enlightened. It is a portal that can only be accessed by some players, who happen to be enlightened. There are gameplay techniques to handle this, but that is outside the scope of this forum and is better discussed on telegram etc.
This is incorrect. The wayspot is not created just for enlightened. Its just happen that enlightned can access it. The proposed way is by recruiting people that have access inside into your faction.
