So, some days ago i nominated this wayspot showing cactus and snakes in a wild western style as a mural on a local small restauraunt. I used a upgrade on it today and now it got rejected because of “bussines in general”

Photos are provided below, i dont think this wayspot should have been rejected but i wanted to know what you guys think about it. I already appealed for it but i just wanted to get to know what others think about this.
It took me a while to see a mural in that photo, to be honest. There is a lot of pavement in the picture. What was the original rejection reason?
When I am submitting something horizontal, I either turn my phone sideways and use landscape mode, or at least crop the vertical photo to square to put more of the focus on the thing I am submitting. Kind of like this snip:

I see that another part of the mural at this restaurant already has a Wayspot, and that could be causing an issue. It’s located at 51.057722, 13.53112, which is on the north side of the same building this mural is on, which is around 51.05777360006246, 13.53111557590532.

It’s a really cute place, but some folks may have rejected this as a duplicate of the Wayspot already in game
I would have submitted it as Lucky’s, not as a mural. Looks like a fun place!
