I think this should fulfill the removal criteria of “Safety concern - on a major roadway, highway, or bridge”. But somehow my removal request is rejected.

The wayspot is been here for years in the middle of the junction and it causes several severe accidents here due to insufficient pedestrian path provided around this area. It is also one of the main road which are heavily used by the villagers as it’s the only entrance to the village.

It’s being complaint by the villagers and they started to blame on the players.
So I am here to represent the villagers and at the same time representing myself, requesting to remove this pokestop as this might cause social issues to the villagers and the players.

What about when you can’t submit an in-game report because it is UNSAFE?? We don’t want people being hit by cars or involved in crashes just to submit an unsafe wayspot, right?

I made the removal request through the “Niantic Support” page.

As only it provide the “safety issue” option for removal of wayspot. While in-game request don’t have such option.
