Invalid wayspot

Please provide:

  • A screenshot of your nomination, including rejection reasons if it has already been rejected
  • Include the title, description, both photos, and supplemental information
  • Copy and paste the title, description and supplemental so others can translate them
  • If you feel comfortable please share the location, as it is helpful (i.e. hidden duplicates), but you can mask it if you wish.

This was to get the rejection mail , because it is a streetname sign that is not allowed ingame. But my question is why i do a ingame removal request to remove an streetname sign as portal it was rejected ?

I am talking about this portal

Sorry , but I don’t get why 1 is approved and another one rejected.

Removal criteria does not equal rejection criteria. Sometimes it can be very hard to get something removed simply because it does not meet acceptance criteria. What reason did you use on your removal report?

Well this is my ingame report

And rejection is in my first message

Google Translate tells me you reported for Private Property, but this is not Single Family Private Residential Property. However, I do agree that this should not be acceptable. I would not have recommended submitting similar to prove that though.

Maybe this post should be moved to Wayspot Appeals if you are trying to appeal the rejection instead of getting help with the submission.

Yes true about that property but then what option do i have to fill in ? I only got this ( see picture) ingame to report that invalid portal

This is what I meant about removal criteria not matching rejection criteria.

Why do you want to remove the other wayspot instead of improving your nomination? You could start with some useful supporting info.

In Germany, in some cities, there is a small sign with information about the street name on individual street signs (usually just one at the beginning of the street). These are usually accepted by the community as they often have an educational value.

I don’t know how it is for you, i.e. whether these street signs are something special or rather normal.
