I have seen smaller plaques on rocks become poke stops. So I am confused why an award as prestigious as the magnet award is not worthy of recognition?
As I explained. This is an award signifying the employees working at this facility are highly statisfied with their working conditions. It is a symbol that the people taking care of you are happy to be here. It is important for patients, and prospective employees to know. It is unique because the award is VERY hard to aquire. You must have over 95% employee satisfaction.
Most hospitals don’t put their award on display either. They will just state it. The fact the award is proudly displayed is unique.
This community loves accepting rabdom sculptures in a park or some bench with a name on it. But it when it comes to awards of excellence suddenly I have to over explain the importance of it.
The “automated process” rejection indicates that this never got to the community to review. We don’t know exactly how the machine learning model works, but it was not a human decision.
I can see your reflection in the photo, so I would resubmit with a new one rather than appealing this one. I don’t know if that is what the “automated process” detected.
Sometimes you can take a photo from a slight but artistic angle to avoid the reflection. Other times, you can use your camera’s tools to erase your reflection. I always take my photos before I begin a nomination to check them first.
