The fountain I’d try resubmitting. I find that to be unique, even if there are other similar ones in the area. The description just needs to be improved, like I previously noted.
With the art piece of the man, that might be harder to get approved. It looks like it could be a sticker or decal, not a permanent piece of art. This again is where adding more details to the description may help.
